What is the purpose of the keylock in UltimateAccess Web?
The USB keylock is required to run the UltimateAccessX without restrictions. Without it, the software operates in demo mode only.
Why won’t UltimateAccessX start?
This can occur if another instance of UltimateAccessX is already running in the background. Check the Windows taskbar system tray, right-click the active icon, select Exit UltimateAccessX, and restart.
Can I use an external database instead of the default local PostgreSQL + TimescaleDB?
Yes, you can configure the software to use PostgreSQL (External DB) on an external server.
